Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern bookings and stays at La Dolce Villa Lazio (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By making a reservation, you (“Guest,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these terms.

1. Booking & Confirmation

Reservations are confirmed once we receive your completed booking request and deposit/payment.
Minimum stay: 3 nights (unless otherwise agreed).
Maximum occupancy: 6 guests.
The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old and is responsible for all members of the booking party.

2. Payments

Payment methods: Credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, or other secure method via our booking platform.
Deposit: 50% required to confirm your reservation.
Balance due: 48 hours before arrival.
All rates are in euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made 7 days before check-in: Full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in: Deposit non-refundable.
No-shows or early departures: Non-refundable.
We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations.

4. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in: from [3:00 PM].
Check-out: by [11:00 AM].
Early check-in/late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
As required by Italian law, all guests must present valid identification (passport/ID card) at check-in for registration with local authorities.

5. House Rules

No smoking inside the property.
No parties or events without prior approval.
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
Pets are allowed only with prior approval.
Guests are expected to use the property respectfully and report any damages immediately.

6. Liability & Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for their own safety and belongings during their stay.
We are not liable for accidents, injuries, theft, or loss that occur on the property.
Any damage caused by the guest(s) may result in additional charges.
We reserve the right to terminate a stay without refund if house rules are seriously violated.

7. Cleaning & Maintenance

The property will be clean and ready upon arrival.
Guests are expected to leave the property in reasonable condition.
Additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive mess or damage is left behind.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations or interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a fair resolution.
